  • What courier service do you use?

Jess Green makes use of Fastway Courier service, a local reliable courier company.

  • When can I expect my parcel to arrive?

Jess Green is a combination of ready made and made-to-order products and we are proud to say, each item is hand made especially for you. Therefore, the making and shipping of your product might require some patience.
Please allow for seven to ten working days for a local order, and ten to fourteen days for a national order. This time allocation is merely a precaution. We will always try our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

  • Can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number as well as a link to the tracking site. You can track your parcels every move from there.

  • When is my parcel dispatched?

Jess Green can only dispatch a parcel once full payment has been made and received. Once we have confirmation, your order will be placed and your parcel will be dispatched.

  • Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, Jess Green is only servicing the local market.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

We hope that you will love your purchase as much as we loved making it, but if you are unhappy for whichever reason, Jess Green allows for returns as well as exchanges, given the item is still in good condition. It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You can return your item to us within 7days of purchase. We must disclaim that there will be a fee of R60.00 to cover shipping costs for returns, and R90.00 for exchanges. Please email us at hello@jessgreen.co.za for further information.
